The club's first singles league, arranged in the "2-4-2" format to support social distancing, was played out over the Summer between eleven participants.
The format, which saw both experienced players and newcomers taking part, had the first player delivering two of their bowls, the second player then delivering all four of theirs and finally the first player delivering their remaining two. Being new to everyone it took the players a few games to determine the best tactics!
Winner of the league was Quentin Smith, with nine wins from his 10 games, and runner-up Sheila Payne. "Best Newcomer" went to Karvyon Rochell. All three received gifts anonymously donated by one of the league players, as did Sarah Rose as a consolation prize.
